My father has a B2500 that was overheating when towing a heavy load. The cooling system was cleaned and found to be in excellent condition. The fluid drive coupling for the fan was then replaced. This did not work. I have designed 8 brackets which lock the fan to make it direct drive. This has solved the problem. The vehicle is presently towing a caravan around Australia and has no problems. These brackets were manufactured by a Tool Maker and a precisely made to fit the vehicle.
